Jonathan Bonanno entered dentistry in 2018 with a corporate consulting background in pharmaceutical and life sciences operations. Trained in behavioral science and industrial/organizational psychology, he quickly became a go-to strategist for leaders navigating leadership transitions, cultural misalignment, and rapid growth.

Prior to dentistry, Jonathan worked in high-impact consulting roles, leading people operations and change initiatives across global healthcare organizations. He later transitioned into the dental space as:

  • COO of Performance Partners, where he helped evolve the practice consulting agency into a Dental Service Organization (DSO)
  • Co-founder of Dental Virtual Support Solutions (DVSS), a virtual operations and clinical support platform scaled nationwide
  • Founder of JB Consulting → The Chief Psycho, a psychology-driven lifestyle brand focused on behavioral health, workplace culture, and psychodynamic leadership
  • Creator of the LAB Methodology, a proprietary framework focused on reconditioning leadership through behavioral science: Learn from Leadership, Assess Attachment, Build the Behavior
  • Host of The Chief Psycho Podcast—an unfiltered, psychology-forward show exploring leadership, identity, and what it means to lead with depth in a performance-obsessed world

Jonathan also launched The Psycho x Incito Xperience, a leadership intensive and retreat experience designed for high-performing professionals who need a safe space to reset, reconnect, and rise to the next level of their personal and professional growth.

Today, as CEO of ZIA, Jonathan leads strategic vision, organizational consulting, and leadership development—delivering evidence-based solutions for individuals, teams, and enterprise-level change.

Michael Bonanno began his career in dentistry in 2008, working his way from the front lines to the executive suite with a deep understanding of what makes dental businesses scalable, sustainable, and people-first.

Over the last 15+ years, Michael has led the operations of multi-site dental groups, executed high-stakes practice transitions, and architected scalable systems that drive long-term performance. His experience includes:

  • Leading multi-location expansions across multiple states
  • Integrating virtual and hybrid team models into traditional brick-and-mortar environments
  • Building centralized systems for HR, compliance, finance, and team accountability
  • Advising private equity groups and emerging DSOs on infrastructure and integration
  • Overseeing leadership development pathways across multiple levels of the organization

As Co-Founder and President of ZIA, Michael brings a “no-fluff” approach to growth—ensuring that the businesses ZIA supports are not only structured to scale but positioned to retain and empower the people that make it possible.
