The Bonanno's Journey in Dentistry

Jonathan and Michael Bonanno, a powerhouse couple in the dental industry, have reshaped how practices grow, lead, and thrive. Together, they have leveraged their unique expertise to drive innovation and success across the industry.

Michael began his dental career in 2006, rapidly advancing through roles in practice management, consulting, and leadership. His contributions include scaling practices, launching consulting solutions, and integrating virtual team support into operations. As Co-Founder and President of ZIA, Michael continues to lead with a focus on talent optimization and operational excellence.

Jonathan entered dentistry in 2018, initially as a freelance coach to Michael. In the Spring of 2019, Jonathan transitioned from his corporate consulting career in Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences to join Performance Partners as COO, co-founding DentalVSS and driving its growth. In 2020, Jonathan launched JB Consulting LLC, a psychology-based consulting firm emphasizing workplace health and psychological safety. Following the sale of its recruiting arm in 2023, he relaunched his consulting services as Chief Psycho and introduced The Psycho x Incito Xperience in 2024, a program aimed at rejuvenating leaders.

The Bonannos have created a legacy of innovation and empowerment in the dental industry. Their combined efforts focus on building healthier workplace cultures, optimizing team performance, and equipping practices with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
